*Please note that we will make NO EXCEPTIONS to the following return policy.
It is your responsibility to inspect each item upon arrival.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL! RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

To guarantee a fast and smooth RA process, please be sure to follow these steps:
1. Wholesalefashionweek allows customers to return items for merchandise defects ONLY within 3 days of receiving your package.
2. You must notify us in writing at return@wholesalefashionweek.com with your company name, order number, which style/pieces were affected, and a photo of the damaged area.
3. The email will be reviewed by our returns department. An RA# and an RA label will be issued if applicable.
4. All tags must be attached in the return of damaged merchandise.
5. Any returns received by Wholesalefashionweek without a return authorization will not be accepted!
