As a distributor, everything we do is designed to simplify life for our customers. For example, we're happy to offer second-day shipping after your order processes, which may take 24-48 hours after you place it. In some locations, we're even able to offer same-day shipping.
We're also happy to provide our wholesale buyers with their own inventory system that clearly details their inventory, including TBO and APN. Not only does that allow you to check out what you have in stock, what's running low, and what's popular, but it's also helpful to have a record of your purchases in case you have to return any items.
Wholesale Fashion Week tries to make returns as effortless as possible, but please be aware that all sale items are final. They are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns. After receiving your package, you have three days to inspect the order for defects. At that point, you can notify us about the problem in writing at return@wholesalefashionweek.com . Please include the name of your company, your order number, the affected pieces, and a photo of the damages. After our returns department reviews your email, we will send out an RA number and label, if applicable. Check that all the tags are attached before returning the defective clothing.
